Scottish Country Dancing (SCD), the traditional ballroom dancing of Scotland, is vigorous exercise as well as a great way to make new friends!

Beginners are welcome! You don't need a partner or any prior dance experience!

You do not have to be Scottish to enjoy Scottish Country Dancing!

Dancers enjoy reels, jigs and strathspeys to lively fiddle, accordian, flute, piano and bagpipe music.
